Zak!Charity Open

ZAKCharityOpenLogoThe Zak!Charity Open is an annual event put on by Zak Designs to benefit local children's charities. The Rypien Foundation has participated in the ZCO since 2005, and we're excited to be the benefiting charity for the 2015 event. Please join us in raising much needed funds for kids battling cancer at the 16th Annual Zak!Charity Open!

The 2015 event will kick off with the Summer Celebration dinner and auction on Sunday, July 26th at Northern Quest Resort and Casino's Pavilion, followed on July 27th with the Zak!Charity Open golf tournament at Spokane Country Club.

The Zak!Charity Open is also providing an affordable way for Out-Of-Town Sponsors to take in some additional activities during their trip to Spokane. One low price covers lodging, transportation, and even some special activities above and beyond those that are included with your Zak!Charity Open sponsorship. Included in the package are two days of golf at a pair of the Inland Northwest's most illustrious courses, BBQ lunches, and a VIP reception - all hosted by Super Bowl MVP Mark Rypien! Available at a fraction of the price you would otherwise pay, this package is a great way to make the most out of your trip to Spokane to support the Zak!Charity Open and help give hope to local children who desperately need it. For more details, please email Amber at [email protected].

Thanks to the generosity of companies and supporters like you, the Zak!Charity Open has raised over $5 million for children's charities since inception 16 years ago. And all dollars raised remain in our local area! Last year alone, the tournament raised approximately $560,000 for the two benefiting charities - the Rypien Foundation and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Spokane County.

With so many exciting events held over the course of two days, we hope you'll recognize this wonderful opportunity for you and your organization to join us in not only supporting the event - as a sponsor, auction donor and/or event participant - but that your involvement will ultimately enable the Rypien Foundation to reach even more children battling cancer in the Inland Northwest.

We are always looking for volunteers to help with the event. If you are interested in volunteering, please click here.
